Randy Wolf has simply been dominant as of late. In 12 of his last 16 starts he has allowed 3 runs or less. In his last two starts he has allowed 2 earned runs. In his 7 losses, the Phillies have scored only 8 runs. That explains why his record is only mediocre. On the other hand, rookie Oliver Perez is struggling mightily. He is 0-2 in his last four starts and hasn't made it past the 5th inning in either of his last two starts. Factor in the fact that the Phillies are trying to win a franchise-record 10th straight road series and this game is a big play. The Phillies have not lost a series on the road since May 24th.
Good Call Reagle Beagle. Got your record back to a staggering 1-1
