I'm going to go through MVP - good or better than v-wager(or almost one in the same)? Also, how are payouts handled? Do they send cashier's checks, and if they do what is on the envelope? i don't want certain people knowing I'm getting a check from a offshore book! Stupid questions, I know!
One last thing, what do I put on their application form so you get credit for the referral MC? Thanks again!
p.s. Do you guys actually place the bets over the internet or do you call your bets in? It seems like the government could monitor you and catch you someday if you do it over the internet.

Promos and look are different, the rest is identical. All the stuff goes through the same offices.
Payout is however you want it. W.U., Check, PayPal, Neteller. Your choice. Never got a check so I can't say what is on the envelope. When I get stuff from them in the mail it's on V.O.-Group letterhead, I assume it would also be the same for mailed checks.
If you click a banner from the site it should record it. If you didn't type cappersnetwork.com in the where did you hear about us box if you want.
