anyone here heard of a service called HARDBALL? Heard they have started out an amazing 16-0 the first couple of weeks...but I can't find anything on them.

No, and even if I did I would never tell you where you could find them.
With a claim like that it's sraight marketing. Nobody can go 16 and 0 and if they could then the next 16 might be ugly. Stay Away from stuff like that. Trust me
