Toronto E over CHICAGO

The Chicago Bulls try to win consecutive meetings with the Toronto Raptors for the first time in four years tonight when they continue a three-game homestand at the United Center.
The Bulls had lost 16 straight meetings with Raptors, including two this season, until posting a 96-83 victory here on December 18. Chicago snapped a three-game losing streak with a 90-87 home victory over the Phoenix Suns in Monday's top Money Play for PRO INFO SPORTS. Meanwhile, Toronto has won six of its last eight games, including a 92-89 home victory over the same Phoenix Suns on Friday.

After having their 16-game winning streak vs. Chicago snapped, we like the Raptors chances here of starting another streak vs. the hapless Bulls. Toronto is 5-0 ATS when on the road playing with revenge for a previous road defeat. Chicago is a poor 4-12 ATS when facing opponents looking to avenge an earlier loss, including just 1-7 at home, dropping the last 5 straight.

The Raptors will be well rested, which spells bad news for "da Bulls" as they are 0-3 ATS at home this season vs. teams playing with 3 or more days rest. Look for Vince Carter to have a big game here and lead his team to the road victory.

PROJECTED FINAL SCORE: TORONTO 96 CHICAGO 93
