NHL
New Jersey Devils -.5 (-105)
The New Jersey Devils travel into the Tobacco state to take on the Carolina Hurricanes tonight looking for revenge. In their previous two encounters this season the ‘Canes have beaten the Devils both times and are 7-3 ATS in the last 10 meetings. However, New Jersey (25-18 ATS) is averaging close to four goals per game in their last five games while allowing just over 1.5. Carolina (17-28 ATS) are the exact opposite and will be hard-pressed to break out of their slump against a defensively-disciplined team like the Devils. Tonight SharpAction.com is playing the New Jersey Devils (-0.5 –105).

NBA
Detroit Pistons -7
The New York Knicks travel to the Motor City tonight to take on the Pistons and the defensive menace that is Ben Wallace. These two teams have played each other twice this season and each time the home team has won and covered. The Knicks are 8-2 ATS in their last ten, but look closer. Both of the ATS losses have come in their last three games and they’re struggling. A struggling team playing against a defensive juggernaut like Detroit (a league-best 86.6 points allowed average) won’t be the slump breaker. SharpAction.com is playing the Detroit Pistons –7 tonight.

Good luck and stay sharp!
