Sat NCAA football Observations

I spend about 3/4 of my capping time woking on NCAA football (hopps soon) and have come up with some observations for this SAt.

LAY THE DOUBLE DIGIT WOOD
1. FLA ST OVER NC ...'Noles have had this date circled since last years drubbing at Chapel Hill...@teams going in different directions ..Heels have lost last 3 by almost 40ppg and have extensive personnel and moral issues...FSU has improved with QB change and can win ACC with win here and at NC St next week (also a revenge game )...Hide thewomen and chilren for this one

2. KANSAS ST OVER NEBRASKA...K ST clearly better on both sides of ball...Solich 1-8 vs ranked teams ATS...In past 10 yrs 3 times it was a loss to Neb that ended K St national title hopes...This is a chance for Bill Snyder to exorcize the Cornhusker demon with a sound thrashing of an unusual weak and injured Nebraska team

SYSTEM GAMES Bet on a home dog of 7 or less if that home dog is 3 games over .500 ball. This is a tried and true system that has worked for me over the years. There are 3 such games this weekend.
1.AUBURN OVER GA...really like this one
2.LSU OVER ALA..luke warm on this one. Each team has a habit of covering on the others turf
3.TEX TECH OVER TEXAS...Don't like..not crazy about betting against a road team that posted a shutout in last contest (even if it was against Baylor)

LOVE THOSE HOME DOGS
1. UNLV OVER AIR FORCE Rebels 4-1 last 5 ATS vs Falcons...UNLV outstanding at defending run....undersized AF lines will have trouble in this as they are outweighed by almost 30 lbs per man every week..this takes it's toll toward end of season
2. RICE OVER HAWAII...Owls 15-3 ATS as home dog under Ken Hatfield...'Bows lousy at defending the run and will have difficulty with the Rice wishbone attack that is one of the best rushing attacks in college footbal.
