Analysis:

VT/Virginia:

As I have written all year, VT is a team to back for the first half, then fade in the second half of the season. This season has been no different. VT is 1-4 ATS in last 5, and Virginia is on a 8-1 ATS run at Home.

I think Virginia wants this one more, looking to end a 4 year losing streak in the series. Cav's got off to shaky start this year when QB Schaub was injured early. Schaub is now healthy, and "O" should click behind him.

Wahoos get it done at home........

Fla St/Florida:

Wrong team favored here. I NEVER back FSU QB Rix in the big game, as he always takes the gaspipe. FSU is just 12 points away from being a .500 team.

Florida wants this game badly, as Zook has yet to Beat Bowden. Look for the Gators to play "loose" and aggressive on both sides of the ball. The underdog is 18-3 ATS in Florida games in the last 21.

Miami/Pitt:

Backing the inspired Home dog here, as Pitt looks to get BCS Bowl with win over Canes. I picked Pitt to win the Big East at the beginning of the season, and this game will do it for them.

WR Fitzgerald is dominant, and Pitt "O" will be efficient. If Panthers avoid TOs and mistakes they will win this game. Biggest game in 20+ years for Pitt, and they will cash in on the opportunity to shine........
