Everyone is on ND and the Cuse has a habit of playing well when one least expects it. It may be too late to save Coach P's job but they will play hard today. I remember some big wins at the Dome when big time programs visit for the first time ( Neb and Tex to name two ).

To me, this game represents the ultimate in NCAA competition. These will be true student athletes laying it all on the line for the benefit of their team, not themselves. It think it can be said that not one player on the field today has a future in the NFL, but a future in academic pursuits and then serving their country. No NFL scouts to impress or players interested in individual stats. I went to Philly to this game with my Dad many years ago and still remember President Kennedy crossing the field at halftime to sit on the other side.This will be the one game I make sure to watch today with my 2 teenage sons. I hope many other high school athletes do the same and learn something about teamwork, selfless play, and maximum effort. I'm already excited and I didn't even bet on this game. My plays today were :
