Get ready for another incredible Saturday of watching football and hoops on the tube. If you bet the games, you have dozens and dozens of great betting opportunities starting with the NFL game on Saturday night and two bowl games including the New Orleans Bowl and Las Vegas Bowl. Here are some of the key matchups of the day in football and hoops.

Atlanta (12-2 SU, 8-5-1 ATS, 5-9 O/U) at Detroit (4-10 SU, 5-9 ATS, 9-4-1 O/U)

Last year: Atlanta (+4) over DETROIT, 23-16. Atlanta is looking to clinch home field advantage with a win. Last week, they defeated the New York Giants, 34-0 giving 1 at home. Detroit is trying to break a six-game losing streak. They fell at Arizona last week, 38-10 giving 6. The Falcons, who host Tampa Bay next weekend, need one win to secure home-field advantage but also can clinch the No. 1 seed with a Green Bay loss or tie and San Francisco defeat. Atlanta is 3-1 ATS L4 in series. Pro Football odds: Atlanta s a 3.5-point favorite. Total: 50.5.

New Orleans Bowl: ULL (8-4 SU, 6-6 ATS, 6-5 O/U) vs. ECU (8-4 SU, 7-5 ATS, 5-5-1 O/U)

UL-Lafayette is coming into this bowl game winning three straight, while East Carolina has also won three straight. UL-Lafayette defeated Florida Intl on Dec. 1, 35-21, laying 8.5. East Carolina played on Nov. 23, defeating Marshall, 65-59 in overtimeyear after a thrilling win in New Orleans in its first bowl game, The Ragin' Cajuns tied a school record with nine wins last season including a 32-30 victory over San Diego State at the Superdome in this bowl game last Dec. 17. The Cajuns' only loss in their final five contests was a 27-20 defeat at then-No. 7 Florida on Nov. 10, a game they led with less than two minutes left only to lose on a touchdown off a blocked punt with two seconds to play. East Carolina is 6-14 ATS L20 non-conference games. College Lines: UL Lafayette is a 5-point favorite. Total: 65.5. .

Washington (7-5 SU, 7-5 ATS, 4-7 O/U) vs. Boise St. (10-2 SU, 6-6 ATS,5-7O/U)

Washington was hoping for a more prestigious bowl but wound up in the Las Vegas Bowl after a 31-28 overtime loss at lowly Washington State on Nov. 23. Boise State is coming off a 27-21 road win over Nevada, giving 7.5. Boise State has won the last two MAACO Bowls in Vegas against Utah and Arizona State by a combined 55 points. But this Boise State team relies on its defense much more in 2012 to post its seventh straight 10-win season - the longest active streak in the country, Boise State is 6-0 ATS L6 neutral site games. NCAAF Odds:Boise State is a 5.5-point favorite. Total: 44.5.

#9 Kansas (9- 1 SU, 5-5 SU) at #7 Ohio State (9-1 SU, 5-3 ATS)

Last game: Kansas (+3) over Ohio State, 64-62 (Final Four). After Kansas knocked off Ohio State last season in the national semifinals, the Buckeyes have been waiting all summer and fall to get this game again..The Jayhawks also won the regular-season matchup at Allen Fieldhouse almost a year ago, taking advantage of All-America forward Jared Sullinger's absence (bad back) in a 78-67 victory over No. 2 Ohio State. Then they squared off in New Orleans in the Final Four, with the Buckeyes leading most of the game and by 13 points before withering down the stretch to fall 64-62. Kansas is 3-12 ATS L15 vs. Big 10. College Odds: Kansas is a 3.5-point favorite. Total: 141.5.

#8 Florida (8-1 SU, 4-2 ATS) vs. Kansas State (8-2 SU, 2-4 ATS)

Florida had outscored its first seven opponents by an average of 25.3 points before falling 65-64 at then-No. 8 Arizona last Saturday. The Gators, though, got back on track Wednesday, blowing by Southeastern Louisiana 82-43 while holding the Lions to 29.1 percent shooting. Guard MIke Rosario, who debuted with the Gators in 2011-12 after transferring from Rutgers, has a chance to make that journey extra special. He scored a season-high 20 points Wednesday and is averaging 16.7 while shooting 61.3 percent in three games this month. The Wildcats, whose only losses have come to No. 2 Michigan and No. 14 Gonzaga, are coming off Tuesday's 78-69 victory over Texas Southern. In addition to shooting a season-best 56.4 percent, Kansas State compiled season highs of 21 assists and 46 points in the paint. Kansas State is 0-4 ATS L4 neutral site games. College Hoops Odds: Florida is a 9-point favorite. Total: 126.
