Has SIA gone the way of Aces Gold? Unable to get in since 2am. They are not answering the phone or my emails. What's the problem. I've had a payout request since early last week. So far no check.

Just got in. I think such a square book with low limits like SIA will always remain safe. I've had several payouts with no problem. The way the site has been down so often lately had me a bit concernd.

There was a message about maintenance to the system. The first week of football they were very slow crediting wins, in a couple instances the winning games were not credited for 24 hr. Last weekend was much better so maybe they are positioning to give better service. Payouts have never been a problem.
Just hearing some grapevine stuff and I wanted to check in to see if this was resovled. If it wasn't I was going to step in.
They have plenty of cash, but their C.S. might need a shot in the arm...

I've heard alot about thier bad C.S. but for some reason they've always answerd my e-mails promptly and always paid. They sent an e-mail saying the check is in the mail so i believe them. Site down again yesterday though.
Like you I have never personally had a problem there in over a year of play. I am hearing the same sh*t, maybe more and I just want to make sure my people are taken care of.
If the check doesn't make it let me know.
