I don't use them, but a lot of guys have been e-mailing me asking about them. I can tell you that you are not the only one...I have about 7 e-mails over the past two days from others experiencing the same problem.
It may be time to withdrawl your funds and try another book. MC can certainly help with your chioce.
Now the maintenance message says up at 1130. Think they would do this at non peak hours.....they have been excellent until recently and the lines are useful but you are right. Security, good lines and service are of little use if you cant place your wager.
I don't really like discussing the business side of the site on the board but here is my offical stance.
I am not happy with the problems they have been having as far as the site goes and as far as customer service goes. I am also not satisfied with the responses I am getting and also things I am gathering from my industry pals who are "in the know" so to speak.
I don't think they are going under or are out of money or anything like that, but having an out that u can't bet at is kind of pointless.
For right now I am off of SIA personally. I will be leaving my balance in my account, however I will pass them on my line shopping for the time being until I am satisfied with the situation.
If anyone needs help finding another out let me know. We have some fine sponsors here that want your business and are equipped to handle it.
