Made a deposit today of 350 and when tried to place a 50 wager was told that the account had insufficient funds. Tried to phone SIA and received only a recording that they were having technical difficulties. After numerous emails, was told that my account was supposedly credited twice with a deposit on SEPT 7. Obviously, I have no records from 8 months ago but since then the account has been continuously active and I have even received a payout from them of 1600 as well as making other smaller deposits. Would advise anyone unfortunate enought to deal with this book to grab your money and RUN before there are some surprise reductions in your account balance.
Update. After 3 weeks of emails, stonewalling, no responses, etc I finally received an email from Denis of SIA
saying "Please accept our sincere apologies for any confusion caused by this mishap" and then they proceeded to tell me they are keeping my money as they still feel they are right. This response was only the result of numerous emails by MC and another party on my behalf. If he had not taken up my cause I sincerely doubt I would have ever received a response. While I cannot prove they are wrong, the fact that they retroactively adjusted an account over 8 months later and took over three weeks to even respond is NOT in dispute. Their accounting and customer service both are not up to my expectations. Once again I warn everyone to use the sponsers on this site as it is hard enough to beat the linemaker without also having to beat the accounting department. Thanks to MC and those involved who worked diligently on my behalf and in future if a sponser does leave this site, it would be wise to close your account with them and use one that does advertise here.
Received a phone call from Denis of SIA. He has informed me that the funds in question are now available. The is a very generous offer considering the fact that he still beleives that there was a double credit to the account although he did agree that the customer service was not up to the standard that they hope to provide. Particularily impressive was the fact that there were no strings attached and the money could be withdrawn at anytime with no rollover required. So the full amount is basically my money again. Thanks to Denis for doing the right thing, to Sting for acting on my behalf and most of all to MC, whose relentless efforts was most definitely the catalyst in this whole affair.
