a friend of mine and myself were sitting around last night having a few beers when we noticed there wasnt much sports action for the night. 7 hockey games with only one being televised in the area. instead of actually betting a few games individually and hoping for a win, we decided to parlay all 7 games together and wager a small amount. it was most likely alcohol induced, but the thought was fun. we took the seven favorites and didnt think much of it. with st. louis' amazing 3rd period come back and win in OT the 7 team parlay hit...go figure. i'm not the best with money management, but i do realize its a stupid move. it was a small wager and just so happened to pay off. not a bad night after all
