Coming off of a very good Saturday and now it is time to deal with the NFL. Here is a play
2X-- HOUSTON TEXANS +6 1/2
The Texans continue to play confident and competitve at home. Today. they play host to the surprise team in the NFL, the Carolina Panthers. The Panthers come in undefeated on the road and 6-1 YTD. The Panthers road victories have been breath takers. Each of their three road victories have come via overtime. Today, we should see another close contest. Tony Banks will start for Houston at QB. I do not expect Banks to be unproductive. Carolina's secondary is very suspect and the Texans are building a nice stable of receivers to promote the pass. Houston's D will need to give them a solid effort against Carolina and the run, but the home field should be an aid. I am not sure they will pull the upset here, but it should stay close.
