Analysis:

I do not play Sunday and Monday night games just for the "action". However, I can't ignore the value of this play. I like the Broncos for several reasons:

1) Earlier in the day, the number was +6 or +-6.5. Most shops now have +7, or +6.5 (+100 or better).

2) Indy has been less impressive at home than on the road. Last week's blowout of Atlanta was a mirage, as Falcons were dealing with coaching change.

3) Shanahan is excellent as a dog, cashing in at 22-13 ATS in his last 35 dog roles.

4) Game means more (IMO) for the Broncos, who will let it all hang out.

5) Revenge from last year's home loss (on sunday Night ESPN) on the long FG.

6) Too much emphasis on the status of Clinton Portis. It won't matter! If Mike Anderson gets the call, he is ore than a capable "backup"!

I believe this will be a great game, and I see it going to the wire. I'll take a shot with the Broncos in this spot, hoping for the outright win........
