Football Betting Odds for Thursday

Big night in football with two college football games and the NFL is back for Week 10. Indianapolis at Jacksonville may not sound exciting but QB Andrew Luck is becoming a star and this is still a divisional game. The college games should be enticing, while there's a TNT NBA doubleheader featuring Oklahoma City at Chicago.

Let's get rolling:

Indianapolis (5-3) at Jacksonville (1-7)

Last game: Jacksonville (+3) over INDIANAPOLIS, 22-17. Indianapolis beat Miami, 23-20 at home last week, while Jacksonville is coming off 31-14 home loss to Detroit. The Jags continue to struggle overall though QB Blaine Gabbert is 3-0 vs. the Colts. Gabbert has a passer rating of 78.4 this year. The problem for the Jags is an injury to RB Maurice Jones-Drew (foot), while his replacement Rashad Jennings has just 148 yards on 50 carries in his last three games. Indy is 0-9 Under vs. AFC South. NFL Odds: Indianapolis is a 3-point favorite. Total: 42.5.

UL Monroe (6-3) at Arkansas State (6-3)

Last year: Arkansas State (-2.5) over UL MONROE, 24-19. UL Monroe is battling for first place in the Sun Belt with Arkansas State, as both teams are 4-1. ULM had won five straight before losing to Lafayette last week, 40-24. ULM also lost QB Kolton Browing, who is questionable. ASU is led by QB Ryan Alpin, as they average 460.1ypg. Arkansas State is coming off a 37-19 win at North Texas last week. The dog is 9-3 ATS L12 in series. College Lines: Arkansas State is a 6.5-point favorite. Total: 59.

Florida State (8-1) at Virginia Tech (4-5)

FSU sits atop the Atlantic Division of the ACC and controls their own destiny after a 48-7 win over Duke on Oct. 27. NC State has two losses, but they hold the tiebreaker after beating FSU on Oct. 6. FSU is the only team ranked in the top 10 in total offense (seventh at 524.6ypg) and defense (first at 227.1ypg). Va Tech (4-5, 2-3) is just trying to become bowl eligible after losing to Miami last Thursday, 30-12. Virginia Tech is 2-7-1 ATS L10 in series. College Odds: Florida State is a 14.5-point favorite, Total: 51.5.

Oklahoma City (2-2) at Chicago (3-1)

The Chicago Bulls miss star guard Derrick Rose, but they are still 3-1. A torn ACL has Rose out until at least after the All-Star break, but the Bulls are still coming off a 99-93 win over Orlando. Luol Deng scored 15 of his 23 points in the second half while Joakim Noah added 20. Deng will try and stop Kevin Durant, who has been a turnover-machine in his first four games. The Thunder are still trying to get used to playing without star sixth man James Harden, who was traded to Houston. Bulls are 13-4-1 ATS L18 in Thursday games. Basketball lines: Oklahoma City is a 1.5-point favorite. Total: 191.5.
