Top Betting Odds for Thursday

Football is back with another great NFL game and there's a huge Big East game that will decide a lot in that conference. The New Orleans Saints are headed to the Georgia Dome to take on NFC South rival Atlanta. Here at ATS Sports Line, we are in tuned with the NFL and college matchups, along with a decent schedule in college basketball. But the best game of the night might be in the NBA where the San Antonio Spurs meet the Miami Heat.

Let's get it started!

New Orleans (5-6) at Atlanta (10-1)

Last game: New ORLEANS (+1’) over Atlanta, 31-27. Atlanta is 3-1 ATS L4 at home in series. This is a rematch for the Falcons, whose only loss took place on Nov. 11 in New Orleans. The Falcons were held to just 46 rushing yards and settled for two field goals inside the red zone. Atlanta is looking for home field advantage in the NFC, while the Saints at 5-6, are looking to sweep the board to have a shot at wild card. The Falcons rank eighth in scoring at 26.7ppg and sixth in total offense (385.9ypg). Atlanta is 3-1 ATS L4 at home in series. NFL Odds: Atlanta is a 3.5-point favorite. Total: 56.

Louisville (9-2) at Rutgers (9-2)

Wisconsin loves to slow the pace down normally, but they have been averaging 75.8 points per game this year. The Badgers are coming off a 77-70 win over Arkansas, giving 8.5 at the Las Vegas Invitational. Virginia, led by former Wisconsin guard Tony Bennett, is coming off a 80-64 home win over North Texas, laying 6.5. They've won three in a row after losing two of their first three games. Injuries and lack of consistency on offense have hindered them as they average just 65.3ppg, but allow only 53ppg. Rutgers is 5-1 ATS L6 conference games. College Football Lines: Rutgers is a 3-point favorite. Total: 43.5.

#8 Kentucky (4-1) at Notre Dame (6-1)

This is part of the Big East/SEC challenge. Kentucky averages 85.2ppg and has won three straight since losing to Duke, 75-68 on a neutral floor getting 4.5. Archie Goodwin leads a very talented group with 19ppg, followed by Alex Poythress with 18.4ppg and 7.4rpg. The Fighting Irish are coming off winning four straight games, but they haven't been tested. Their only loss took place at home against St. Joe's, 79-70 in overtime. Jack Cooley (6-9, 246) leads the team with 14.3ppg and 11.3rpg. Notre Dame is 17-5 ATS L22 Thursday games. College Hoops Odds: The game is a pick'em. Total: 134.0.

San Antonio (12-3) at Miami (10-3)

Do the Spurs ever get tired? This is their sixth game on the road since Nov. 21 and the second of a back-to-back game. Miami has won four straight and hasn't played since Nov. 24 when they beat Cleveland, 110-108. San Antonio will try and take advantage of their size up front as Tim Duncan will be defended by Chris Bosh. Miami is putting up 104.8ppg, but they are allowing 100.3ppg. The Spurs allow just 95.5ppg, whle scoring 102.1ppg. Spurs are 6-1 ATS L7 road games. Basketball lines: Miami is a 6.5-point favorite Total: 205.5.
