The basketball betting slate is loaded up tonight with some quality college basketball games and one big NBA game. Boston takes on the New York Knicks as Kevin Garnett and Carmelo Anothony meet for the first time since their last confrontation. There are also some great West Coast college basketball games with three top ten teams.

Last game: (3/8/12). ARIZONA (-3) over Ucla, 66-58. UCLA had a 10-game winning streak snapped on Saturday, falling at home to Oregon, 76-67, giving 5. Freshman phenom Shabazz Muhammad, averaging a team-high 17.9 points, was benched for the first five minutes for being late to practice the previous day.
They take on an Arizona team that has won two straight, including beat rival Arizona State, 71-54, giving 6.5. Arizona is 9-2 ATS L11 Thursday games. College Basketball Odds: Arizona is a 8.5-point favorite. Total: 147.
BYU (15-5 SU, 10-9 ATS) at #10 Gonzaga (17-2 SU, 9-7-1 ATS)
Last game: (3/3/12). GONZAGA (-2.5) over Byu, 77-58. After losing at the buzzer of a defensive struggle against Butler, Gonzaga resumes conference play. They fell 64-63 on the road to #9 Butler, giving 2. The Bulldogs rank in the top 10 nationally in scoring at 79.4 per game and field goal percentage at 51.2, while the BYU Cougars have reached 80 points in 11 of 20 games and rank in the nation's top 20 at 78.3 per game.
