After watching this club play thier interleague games this weekend,it is obvious that the Yankees need to start in a new direction. While watching the game on Sat. with fellow Capper KennyRogers,we both came up with the same question. Why would you pull Clemens in a 1-0 game with 1 out?He did not have a high pich count and given The Rockets history as one of the best pichers of our era, I would have
kept him in the game. Are Torre and Zimmer still using there brains? or has the game simply passed them by?
Tonight they seem like they have no energy and look like they do not belong on the same field with the Cubs.In my opinion this reflects on the manager. These are just some of the reasons I have on Calling for Torre's dismissal.Steinbrenner might be an ass but he has a wright to be angry with the way his team is playing wright now.I agree with THE BOSS and would like to be the first person to say Joe Torre should be fired. Thanks for the memories Joe!

*Any Thoughts?

If my favorite team had won, what is it, 3 or 4?, World Series under the current manager...
was in the playoffs each year they didn't happen to win it...
was currently battling for another first place...
was in prime position for another playoff run...
yet was struggling in a few interleague games:

NO WAY IN HELL am I firing the manager.

Talk about being the fans being spoiled!

No disrespect intended, of course, it's just one man's opinion.

Not sure if movin Joes is the answer but I agree that something needs to happen to light a fire under the ass of these clowns. No way should the highest payroll in MLB be mediocre at best.

Problem is that if u give him the boot, who do u bring in? Not like there is a big pool or sweet managers out there even for a job like the Yankees. The bar is set too high. Unless u can turn it right around then u will find yourself out of a job at years end.

Like I said, not sure what the answer is but they better do something fast.
