The geriatric Raiders simply have packed it in and age is becoming a factor, even mid-way through the season. Do not buy into the Raider's Monday Night Mystique, it is nothing more than a formality in today's day and age.
Look for Shannahan to have continued success against his former team and for Griese to use play-action to go deep against the Raiders' beleaguered secondary. With no threat of a running game, Denver will concentrate on stopping the pass, making it a long night for Gannon.
