I'm reading a good book called " The Last Amateurs " that prompted this question.

Without looking it up who can name all 8 teams in the PATRIOT CONFERENCE for NCAA Men's basketball ?

Wow, I'd be hard pressed to name any. Is Buffalo or Bucknell in that conference?

I see Bucknell is in there. Buffalo no. I should have gotten several more (I've lived in MA, NY and PA), but my mind was a-blank. Anyone who can get it without looking it up knows their stuff.

Bucknell is correct. That leaves 7 more.

Clue:

The winner of this conference goes to the NCAA Tourney.The team who went to the tourney this year was coached by a coach who spent several seasons as a head coach in the Big East.

Other than the Ivy League the academic requirements to attend these schools are the toughest in the nation.
