Hello everyone. Sorry for the inconvenience.
We took most of the Phantom Server network offline for the Version 2.0 upgrade and pushed all traffic to one site. Lo and behold we blew out AT&T's router connecting that site to the Internet. Anyway, we've routed around it, some people will be able to get access via www.worldwager.com and others can use this IP address until DNS propagation takes effect.
