3)LA Dodgers at Arizona, Clayton Kershaw (12-8, 2.79 ERA) vs. Ian Kennedy (12-11, 4.39 ERA)
Kershaw is back after the Dodgers skipped his last start. Arizona is all but out of the race now but they can still be dangerous to the Dodgers as they split (2-2) with them in their last series. The Dodgers need OF Matt Kemp (shoulder) back in the lineup and he's listed as questionable for this game. Dodgers are 1-7 Under last 8 Tuesday games. The LA Dodgers opened as a -140 favorite with a total of 7.5.
4)Detroit Tigers at Chicago White Sox, Doug Fister (8-8, 3.54 ERA) vs. Jake Peavy (10-10, 3.22 ERA)
This is a huge series in the AL Central with the Tigers coming in before Monday's game as one game behind the White Sox. Considering how erratic each team is, they are probably playing for the division and the loser could be out of the playoff race. Both pitchers are capable of strong outings.
