In the wake of recent actions by the government of the United States
it is time for us supporters of Internet Gambling to unite together
and stand up for what we believe in. I am asking you to simply follow
these instructions:

1) If you know who your state rep is go directly to #2, if not, then
click on the following website to find the state rep in your district.
Type in your zip code with the +4 digits in the top which will
direct you to your state rep. (If you do not know the +4 code there
is a link on the site to the USPS where you can get this information).

2) Once you know who your state rep is go to the following website and
see how they voted on the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act.

http://clerk.house.gov/evs/2006/roll363.xml

3) If they voted Aye, please do not vote for them when their seat is
up in the next election. If they voted Nay, please vote for them when
their seat is up in the next election. If they did not vote, please
send them a letter explaining to them that you are a law abiding, tax
paying United States citizen with voting ability who does not believe
internet gambling should be prohibited.

4) Please send your state senator a letter telling him/her that you
are a law abiding, tax paying United States citizen with voting
ability who does not believe internet gambling should not be
prohibited. To find your senator, click on the following link.

This is supposedly a democracy and if online gambling is as big as the
government says it is in the United States, then the people should be
the individuals making the decision, and it should get overwhelming
support. Remember that you have the power through your voting
abilities and if you feel that your State Rep or Senator is not
representing you the way you want to be represented, then you need to
simply vote and put them out of office.

Please forward this to as many people as you know who support internet
gambling.

Thank You,
Ed (The American Sports Handicapping Network)
