Yes, we're tooting our own horn here, but it's not too often that you get the EXACT final score correct... here was the top play that Buzz Word Sports members received for tonight's Miami/Chicago game:

Chicago @ Miami 9:00 PM EST

Miami -10 over Chicago (3 Units)

We hate to say it, but the Bears are toast... much like the Arizona Cardinals, who fell into a freefall once their injuries and losses mounted, we sense the Chicago Bears of the verge of a tragic performance when they face the Miami Dolphins this evening... throughout the course of this hellish season, the Bears have lost the services of defensive tackle Ted Washington, linebacker Warrick Holdman, and wide receiver David Terrell... now, starting running back Anthony Thomas has been lost for the year, and tight end Dustin Lyman is out for this game as well... even stud linebacker Brian Urlacher and defensive tackle Keith Traylor are questionable in this contest, and quarterback Jim Miller is always just one hit away from death's bed... this is a Chicago team that just wants this season to end...

We're not the type to just casually dismiss any team's chances in a game, no matter how bad their record might be... however, from our vantage point, the Bears finally gave up on their season in the second half of last week's come-from-ahead 30-20 loss to the Packers (after leading 14-6 at halftime)... But even giving Chicago the benefit of the doubt, we just have a difficult time seeing them staying close against the Dolphins with half their team on the sidelines, and the other half probably wishing they were there...

The Bears' defense has been victimized on the road this season, allowing 21+ points in each of their last five on the road, and an average of 26.4 ppg during that span... meanwhile, the Dolphins welcome back Jay Fiedler and Cris Carter to an offense that (outside of their first three games without Fiedler) has scored 21+ points in every game this season, and has shut down opposing offenses at home to the tune of just 10.7 ppg in their last ten regular season home contests... much like the fusing of peanut butter and chocolate, the combination of clutch offense and timely defense has made the Dolphins one of the best home favorites in all of pro sports, as they are 11-3-1 ATS in their last 15 as a home fav, including 3-0 ATS as a favorite of more than a touchdown... in fact, 10 of Miami's last 11 home victories have come by double-digit margins, and thus far this season, the Dolphins have won each of their five home victories by a gaudy average of 22.8 ppg...

The fact that Miami was steamrolled up in Buffalo last week should work to their advantage, as the Dolphins have always responded best when their defense knows they came up short the week before... Since 1999, the Dolphins have had five games in which they allowed 30+ points... on each of the first four occassions, the Dolphins responded with resounding victories, defeating their next opponents by a combined 107-43 score, and winning each of the four games by an average of 11.5 points ATS... Expect the Dolphins to be extra motivated to atone for their pathetic performance last week against the Bills by shutting down what's left of the Chicago offense... Miami is a spectacular 12-4-1 ATS after a SU double-digit loss, and they are certainly facing the right team to atone for their disastrous performance last week... Look for Ricky Williams to have a monstrous evening against a decimated and defeated Bears defense, and come away with an easy double-digit win...

FINAL PREDICTION: MIAMI 27, CHICAGO 9
