Top Betting Odds for Wednesday

The MAC is back for another big contest on Wednesday night. If you are into betting the NBA, there's a huge night of hoops. Don't forget, college hoops tips off this Friday with a bunch of games. That's a bettor's paradise with football, NBA and college hoops on a Friday night.

Let's get it started:

Bowling Green (6-3) at Ohio (8-1)

Last year: Ohio (+7) over BOWLING GREEN, 29-28. Bowling Green is coming off a 24-3 home win over Eastern Michigan on Oct. 27, while Ohio U. also defeated Eastern Michigan, 45-14 last Thursday night at home. Another big game in the MAC. QB Tyler Tettleton leads a strong Bobcats offense against a powerful Bowling Green defense. Bowling Green is 4-1 ATS L5 on the road in series. College Line: Bowling Green is a 3-point favorite. Total: 48.5.

Philadelphia (1-2) at New Orleans (2-1)

Philadelphia comes in after losing two straight, including a home loss to the Knicks, 110-88 on Monday night. The Hornets haven't played since Saturday when they defeated Chicago on the road, 89-82. This is a nationally-televised game mainly because of first pick Anthony Davis, playing for the Hornets. However, Davis (concussion) will likely miss this game, while Jason Richardson and Andrew Bynum are out for the Sixers. Philadelphia is 4-1 ATS L5 in series. NBA Lines: New Orleans is a 1-point favorite. Total: 181.

Washington (0-2) at Boston (1-2)

Boston Celtics return home to face an opponent they're already familiar with this season. The Celtics and the Washington Wizards meet for the second time in five days Wednesday night in Boston. After opening the season with back-to-back double-digit losses, Boston got into the win column Saturday night with an 89-86 victory in Washington. Rajon Rondo (15.3ppg, 12apg, 5.3rpg) leads an aging Celts team that faces at Wiz squad without John Wall and Nene. Washington is 5-0 ATS L5 vs. following an ATS win. Pro Hoops Odds: Boston is a 10-point favorite, Total: 187.

Brooklyn (1-1) at Miami (3-1)

The Heat have defeated the Brooklyn Nets team they've beaten 10 straight times. The Heat (3-1) topped 118 points for the third time in four games, beating Phoenix on Monday, 124-99 to improve to 3-0 at home. The Nets play their first regular-season road game since moving to Brooklyn. A loss at home to Minnesota on Monday, 107-96 was a shocker. Nets are 3-7 ATS L10 on Wednesday. Basketball lines: No line at press time.
