2002 Buzz Word Sports records

SEASON NFL: 140-99, +91.05 UNITS!!
SEASON NBA: 167-131, +56.9 UNITS!!
COLLEGE FOOTBALL: 131-111, +5.15 UNITS!!
SEASON MLB: 672-582, +151.85 UNITS!!

Coming off another double-digit week of profit in the NFL, punctuated by correctly predicting the EXACT score on Monday Night Football, we look to extend our profits past the +100 Unit level today...

WEEK 15 FREE NFL PLAY:

San Diego @ Buffalo 1:00 PM EST

Buffalo/San Diego Over 41.5 (3 Units)

Rather than focus on a side in this game, we will look directly at the total, which has been installed at just 41.5 points... and in a complete turnaround from our Miami/Oakland Under play, we're looking at two defenses whose weak spots just happen to be the opposing offenses' strengths, as San Diego's pass defense has been torched as of late, while the Bills cannot seem to stop the rushing game of their opposition...

LaDainian Tomlinson should certainly redeem himself after last week's showing against the Raiders, as Buffalo's run defense is allowing a porous 135.2 yards per game... and after briefly looking like they got their act together, the Bills have reverted back to their porous ways on defense, allowing 21+ points to each of their last three opponents, and an average of 26.7 ppg in those contests... and outside of a pathetic Lions offense, the Bills have allowed an absurd 34.4 points per game at home this season...

Meanwhile, the Chargers have seen their 6-1 start go up in flames due to a defense that has allowed at least 27 points in three straight games, and 28.2 ppg in their last nine contests... on the road, San Diego has allowed four straight opponents to score at least 21 points against them, with three of the four piling up 26 points or more... and if you think that Drew Bledsoe isn't salivating at the idea of facing a San Diego secondary that is allowing almost 265 passing yards per contest this season, and over 400 total yards per game over their last three contests, you are only kidding yourselves...

The last two contests between these teams have ended in identical 27-24 scores, and both these offenses have greatly improved since that time... with that in mind, and with two very movable defenses on the field going against each other's offensive strengths, we love the odds of this contest going over the posted total...

FINAL PREDICTION: BUFFALO 28, SAN DIEGO 27
