Mr. Cash, Blade, or any of the other capping professionals here, I have a very simple question for you.
What time in the afternoon New York time are the lines usually posted in Pinnacle, Bet Chris books, or the Greek since these are probably the earliest ones
to have the lines posted for the NEXT DAY'S GAMES.
I would appreciate knowing this for basketball and baseball lines. Just need the approximate times for the first ones posted. You could say: "sometime between 1
and 3 Eastern time usually" or whatever it is.

They come out around 3:00 pm est at either CRIS or TheGreek, usually CRIS post first but sometimes TheGreek comes first.
What time is the earliest "money line" posted for basketball and baseball? Are they usually posted on the same day that the game is played for basketball? If so, about what time? And baseball?

Everywhere is different. Pinnacle, CRIS and The Greek will always have the earliest lines. It depends on the schedule but all will usually be a day ahead of the games tip time.
