Taking the Seahawks at +3 in a rather strong play. Take a look at San Francisco's early schedule, it is a bunch of creampuffs. Seattle will be able to establish the run with Alexander, who is just hitting his stride. The run will open up the passing game for Dilfer and Seattle will cover the three at home. Also playing the over on this one.

I have to go with the Home Dog trend here. I'll also go under the total as I look for these two teams to run the ball and use up clock. So, it's SEATTLE and UNDER.
