For the fun of it, I try to guess some of the early losers:
Texas as the first #1 seed to lose...
Pitt as the first #2 seed to lose...
Marquette as the first #3 seed to lose...
Stanford as the first #4 to lose...
Oklahoma is pretty banged up, I can see them going out in the 2nd round.
I think Duke will go out earlier than most people think.
Well, so far #1 seed Texas hung in there. Assuming KY passes through tonigh, all #1's will live to the Sweet 16.
As for #2's, it was Wake to be the first to say bye-bye.
Xavier took the honors for the #3 seeds, and Florida could still match them tonight (though I doubt it).
And Dayton, of the #4's, went the quickest of any of them (first round) - though they all ended up out of it for the Sweet 16's. Interesting - all #4 seeds out!
Excuse me, messed up and spoke too soon... Florida joins Wake as a #2 seed to go. Xavier remains the lone #3 to bow out.
