Who is the genius that scheduled this mess? Louisville/Memphis, WTF?

It started last season. CFB is figuring out how to get more of a spotlight on mid-tier teams by scheduling more games on Fri & Tues nights. In a couple of years, we will have CFB everynight of the week.
Except Sun/Mon of course.
