Who needs basball when we got the WNBA playoffs? Here is our complimentary play of the day involving the Houston Comets and the Utah Starzz.
8/20 Play: UTAH +6, -110
Reason: Utah has been complaining about a lack of respect from the league, well here is their chance to earn it. Utah gave the last game away to Houston by missing key free-throws and layups down the stetch. Sheryl Swoopes had another great game, but had to leave for 10 minutes in the second half due to leg cramps. One has to wonder how she and Tina Thompson are going to hold up having to play 3 game in 5 nights. Utah's bench is pretty much non-existant, but they are not as banged up as Houston is. Utah has gained some well needed confidence by winning game 1 and almost pulling out game 2. They come into game 3 with no pressure, as most people expect Houston to win this game. The bottom line is that Utah is just as talented as Houston, and in my opinion can win this thing outright. We'll take the "safe" road and take Utah +6.
