Not the best records but consider this....
These people are soliciting you knowing that they are showing a loss. How often will you see that? You get a letter from Wayne Root and that guy apparently never loses according to him.
Again, it's not super sweet by any means but I doubt they would send out a letter lying about a bad record. Something to think about.
