2010 American Idol Season 9 Odds to Win – Andrew Garcia Favored
American Idol Season 9 will be holding its Finals Round March 17 through May 26 and the odds are out for the contestants that still remain.
24-year-old Andrew Garcia of Moreno Valley, California has been made a 4/1 favorite to win American Idol Season 9, according to oddsmakers from online sports book BroburySports.com. Ashley Rodriguez, 22, from Boston, Masschuestts is the top girl finalist at 7/1. She last sang “Happy” by Leona Lewis.
Right behind Rodriguez on the female side are Didi Benami at 7/1, Crystal Bowersox at 15/2, and Katie Stevens, who also has 15/2 odds. Casey James (8/1), Siobhan Magnus (12/1), Todrick Hall (15/1) and Jermaine Sellers (15/1) follow Garcia on the men’s side.
The long shots in this year’s American Idol are Katelyn Epperly at 40/1, John Park at 45/1, Michelle Deamor at 45/1, Lee Dewyze at 50/1, Aaron Kelly at 50/1 and Joe Munoz at 65/1.
The two male and two female semifinalists will be eliminated on American Idol’s first live show for the ninth season. A results show will occur on February 25 at 8PM ET on FOX.
