Tiger Woods will skip the Nissan Open next and will not resume his season until the WGC-Accenture Match Play Championship on Feb. 21, as reported on his Web site Wednesday.
Woods has won seven straight PGA Tour events but has never won at the Nissan Open in 11 attempts. He came closest in 1998, when he lost to Billy Mayfair in a playoff.
