After shooting a 5-under 66 on Saturday, Moore moved to 8-under for the tournament, one shot ahead of a group of three golfers, including Dustin Johnson, Matt Kuchar, and Charlie Wi.
Kuchar and Johnson are considered the favorites to win and each has 7/2 odds to win according to oddsmakers from online sports book BroburySports.com. Other short odds to win are Moore (4/1) and Paul Casey (9/1).
Johnson shot a 3-under 68 on Saturday. Johnson struggled early, as he was 2-over through five holes but rattled off five-straight birdies at one point to get back on track.
Kuchar shot a 1-under 70 on Saturday. Kuchar hasn’t gotten below 70 in his last two rounds after shooting a 64 on Thursday’s opening round to get his weekend started on the right foot.
Moore had just one bogey in his third round as he played the final three holes at even par to remain in the lead.
Casey sits in fifth place at 6-under for the tournament after shooting his third-straight 69 on Saturday. Casey has been steady all week as he has had two bogeys and four birdies in each of his three rounds.
