The Favorite
Tiger Woods is considered the favorite to win this week according to oddsmakers from online sports book Sportsbook.com. Woods has 6/1 odds to win. Other short odds to win are Steve Stricker (14/1), Phil Mickelson (14/1), and Matt Kuchar (15/1). Woods is coming off back-to-back top 12 finishes in the previous two playoff events and he seems to be getting closer to earning his first win of 2010.
Past Winners
This event has only taken place in the last three years and Woods won in 2009 and 2007. Camilo Villegas is the only other player to win this event, as he took the 2008 title. Villegas has 50/1 odds to win this week. Woods holds the record at the vent, shooting a 22-under 262 in 2007.
