Chevron World Challenge Odds
Tiger Woods could still get a win in 2010, though it won’t be considered one by the PGA Tour as he hosts the 2010 Chevron World Challenge beginning on Thursday.
18 of the top golfers will compete in the event, which plays out like a standard golf tournament. Woods is the host of the annual event, and he is favored to win the tournament.
Woods has 2/1 odds to win according to oddsmakers from online sportsbook Sportsbook.com. Other short odds to win are Jim Furyk (9/2) and Ian Poulter (19/4).
Woods has won this event four times, with the last victory coming in 2007. Furyk is the defending champion while Luke Donald is also a former winner that is competing this weekend. He has 5/1 odds to win the tournament.
Woods has yet to win an event this year and is now ranked second in the world. He has finished in the top 15 in his last five events and seems poised to get a win soon.
