Crowne Plaza Invite Odds
FORT WORTH, TX (TheSpread) – The 2011 Crowne Plaza Invitational is the next event in the 2011 PGA Tour Season. Here is a look at the odds for this week’s tournament.

According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bodog.com, Matt Kuchar is the favorite to win the tournament with 20/1 odds. Ben Crane, Hunter Mahan, Zach Johnson, and Jim Furyk all have 22/1 odds to win the tournament as well.
Kuchar currently sits 10th in the world rankings and he hasn’t missed a cut in over a year. Kuchar placed 56th in last year’s tournament and he has finished outside the top 20 in his last three events.
Furyk is 16th in the World Rankings but he is coming off a missed cut last week at the Players Championship. Prior to that, Furyk had finished in the top 25 in his previous five tournaments. Furyk placed ninth in this tournament in 2009 but missed the cut last year.
Mahan is 18 in the world rankings. He has placed in the top 16 in three of his last four tournaments and has four top 10’s in four of his seven events. Mahan missed the cut in last year’s tournament.
Johnson is the defending champion of this tournament and he has finished in the top 12 of his last two tournaments. Still, Johnson has just one top 10 this year.
Crane finished third in last year’s tournament and he has finished in the top 25 in nine of his last 12 tournaments.
The 2011 Crowne Plaza Invitational will be played at Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth, Texas and run from Thursday, May 19 to Sunday, May 22
