Shriners Hospitals Open Odds
LAS VEGAS, NV (TheSpread) – The 2011 FedEx Cup Playoffs are over but the golf season isn’t. Here is a look at the odds to win the Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospitals for Children Open.

According to oddsmakers, Nick Watney is the favorites to win the tournament as he has 10/1 odds. Bill Haas, Martin Laird, and Ryan Moore each have 16/1 odds to win the tournament.
Watney is the highest-ranked golfer in the tournament, coming in at 11th. Watney has struggled as of late, missing the top 10 in his last three tournaments. Watney placed sixth in this event last year but missed the cut in 2009.
Haas is coming off a win in the Tour Championship, which gave him the FedEx Cup Championship. He is now up to 20th in the world rankings. He didn’t compete in this tournament last year and missed the cut in 2009.
Laird is 33rd in the world rankings and he won this tournament in 2009 while finishing tied for second last year. Laird has placed in the top 10 in just one of his last 13 tournaments.
Moore sits at 48th in the world rankings. He has finished in the top 16 of his last two tournaments. He didn’t play in this event last year, but finished seventh in 2009.
The 2011 Shriners Hospitals for Children Open is played at TPC at Summerlin in Las Vegas, Nev. and will start on Thursday, Sept. 29 and conclude on Sunday, Oct. 2.
