CARMEL, IN (TheSpread) – The BMW Championship is the next event up in the FedEx Cup Playoffs. Here is a look at the odds to win this week’s tournament.

The top 70 players left in the FedEx Cup standings are playing in this event. According to oddsmakers, both Rory McIlroy is the favorites to win this tournament, as each has 13/2 odds. Other short odds to win are Tiger Woods (7/1) and Dustin Johnson (12/1).
McIlroy is the top player in the world rankings and he is leading the FedEx Cup standings following his win in the Deutsche Bank Championship on Monday. McIlroy has now won two of his last three tournaments.
Woods won this event in 2009 and 2007. He is currently third in the world rankings and the FedEx Cup standings. Woods has placed in the top 11 in four of his last five events.
Johnson won the champion in this tournament back in 2010. Johnson is currently 14th in the world rankings. He has placed in the top 4 of the first two FedEx Cup playoff events.
