ATLANTA, GA (ATS Consultants) – The PGA TOUR travels to East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta, Ga. for the TOUR Championship.
The PGA Tour season comes to a close this weekend in Atlanta. Based on a system of accumulated points throughout 2012, the top 30 golfers will tee it up, starting Thursday, for a chance to win the year’s final tourney and $1.4 million. The overall points leader after the Tour Championship is completed will take home the FedEx Cup and a $10 million prize.

He’s consistently in the top 10. In fact, he’s got nine top-10s this year, which is the second-most on the tour. He also has 15 top-25s in 19 cuts made. This the third year in a row that he has made the final 30. He had a ninth-place finish last year here.
