Blixt wins Greenbrier Classic
WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, WV (TheSpread) – Jonas Blixt broke through and picked up a win in the Greenbrier Classic on Sunday night, earning his second tour victory.
Blixt posted a 3-under 67 on Sunday, which put him at -13 overall for the tournament. Blixt finished ahead of a pack of golfers that went -11.
According to oddsmakers from Bovada.lv, Blixt had 100/1 odds to win this tournament, which means a wager of $100 on him to win will pay out an additional $10,000.
Among the four golfers that finished tied for second were Johnson Wagner and Jimmy Walker, who made up the last pairing. Walker shot a 1-over 71 on Sunday while Wagner posted a 3-over 73 in his final round.
