Updated British Open Odds
EAST LOTHIAN, Scotland (TheSpread) – The 2013 British Open is halfway complete and Tiger Woods remains right in the hunt to get the victory.
According to oddsmakers from Bovada.lv, Woods is still the favorite to win this tournament, as he has 5/2 odds to win. Other short odds to win are Lee Westwood (6/1) and Henrik Stenson (15/2).
Woods seemed to struggle during his second round, but in the end, he did quite well. Woods shot an even-par 71 to finish at -2 overall for the tournament, which puts him just one shot off the lead. Miguel Angel Jimenez is alone in the lead at 3-under for the tournament. Woods is looking to win his fourth British Open title
Westwood had a great effort on Friday, as he posted a 3-under 68 to get to 2-under for the tournament. Westwood was actually at -5 for the day at one point, but lost a few shots late. He is seeking his first major championship.
Henrik Stenson shot his second-straight 70 to finish the tournament -2 overall. He finds himself in the final pairing on Saturday with Jimenez. Stenson is seeking his first major championship.
