This event is in just its first year of existence. According to oddsmakers from Bovada.lv Jordan Spieth is the favorite, as he has 9/1 odds. Other short odds to win are Steve Stricker and Zach Johnson, who each have 12/1 odds.

Spieth won this event last year. He is currently 10^th in the world rankings and has finished in the top 20 in four straight events. Spieth has six top 10s on the year, but is seeking his first win of 2014.

Stricker is a three-time champion of this event, last winning in 2011. He is 19^th in the world rankings and has finished in the top 25 in four of his last six events. Stricker is winless this year and has just one top 10 on the year.

Johnson won this event in 2012. He is currently 16^th in the world rankings and in a bit of a funk, finishing outside the top 40 in his last four events. Johnson has one win and four top 10s on the year.
