Clark wins Canadian Open
QUEBEC, Canada (TheSpread) – Tim Clark found a way to slip past Jim Furyk on Sunday and claim the RBC Canadian Open.
Clark posted a 5-under 65 on Sunday to get to -17 for the tournament, which put him one shot better than Furyk, who shot just a 69 on Sunday after leading entering the day. Furyk finished alone in second place.
According to oddsmakers from Bovada.lv, Clark came into this tournament with 66/1 odds to win the event, which means a wager of $100 on him to prevail will pay out an additional $6,600.
Justin Hicks finished in third place by himself at -13 for the tournament. He shot a 64 on Sunday. Matt Kuchar highlighted the group that came in tied for fourth at -11 overall. Kuchar shot a 65 in Sunday’s final round.
