The Memorial Tournament Odds
DUBLIN, OH (TheSpread) – The Memorial Tournament tees off this weekend for the PGA Tour. Here is a look at the odds to win this event.
According to oddsmakers from Bovada.lv, Rory McIlroy is favored to win, as he has 8/1 odds to prevail. The other short odds to win are Adam Scott (10/1), Matt Kuchar (14/1) and Justin Rose (16/1).
McIlroy is sixth in the world rankings and coming off a win last weekend in the European Tour. He has placed in the top 10 in five straight events and in eight of the 10 events he has played in in 2014.
Scott is No. 1 in the world rankings and coming off a win last week at Colonial. Scott has now won three of his last 12 events. He finished 13th in this event last year.
Kuchar won this event last year. He is fourth in the world rankings and coming off a missed cut last week. Prior to last week he had placed in the top 10 in five of his last six events.
Rose won this tournament in 2010. He is currently ninth in the world rankings but hasn’t had a great run in 2014. He does have four top 10s, but is seeking his first win.
