According to oddsmakers from GTBets, Jason Day is the favorite this week, as he has 11/2 odds to win. The other short odds to win are Rory McIlroy (15/2), Jordan Spieth (10/1) and Henrik Stenson (11/1). The BMW Championship takes place Thursday-Sunday from TPC Boston in Norton, Mass.

Henrik Stenson is one golfer we like this weekend. He is a former FedEx Cup winner and he has shown that the last few events, placing second in the Deutsche Bank Championship and The Barclays. Stenson is seeking his first win of 2015, but he has placed sixth or better in four of his last six tournaments and we think he will break through this weekend.

Zach Johnson has 19/1 odds this week and we think that is a solid play. Johnson was the 2013 winner of this event and he is having a nice 2015 season with a major championship and nine top-10-finishes. He placed fourth in The Barclays a few weeks back and looks primed to have a solid outing this weekend.

Matt Jones has 65/1 odds to win and is a long shot, but we think he has value with that number. Jones is coming off a fourth-place finish last week, which is one of his top performances of the year and will spark him this weekend. He played in this tournament a year ago, but looked a little lost under the pressure. With that experience under his belt and a strong outing last week, look for Jones to be a dark horse to win this weekend.
