WGC-Cadillac Championship Picks
DORAL, FL (ATSCONSULTANTS) – The 2015 WGC-Cadillac Championship gets started today with an elite field. Here is a look at some suggested picks for this tournament.
According to oddsmakers from BetDSI, Rory McIlroy is the favorite to win this weekend, as he has 11/2 odds. Other short odds to win are Bubba Watson (14/1) and Jason Day (16/1). This tournament will take place Thursday-Sunday from TPC Blue Monster at Doral
Bubba Watson is one of the plays we like this weekend. He is currently the second-ranked golfer in the world and he has finished 15th or better in all three events he has played in this year. He also has a good history at this tournament, placing second last year.
Sergio Garcia has 33/1 odds to win this weekend. He is seventh in the world rankings and has been playing quite well for some time. He has finished in the top 15 in three of his last six events and he finished third in this event two years ago and 16th last year.
Jamie Donaldson has 40/1 odds this week. He has quietly climbed up to 23rd in the world rankings thanks to a run of placing in the top 20 in 10 of his last 13 events, including one victory. He was tied for second in last year’s event as well, making him a strong play this weekend.
