Hero World Challenge Odds
Some of the best golfers in the world gather together this week for the Hero World Challenge, an event that will also feature the return of Tiger Woods.
According to the latest oddsmakers, Justin Thomas is favored to win this tournament, as he is listed with 11/2 odds. Other short odds to win are Jordan Spieth and Dustin Johnson (6/1) while Woods comes in with 33/1 odds, near the bottom of the field. The Hero World Challenge takes place Thursday-Sunday from Albany in New Providence, Bahamas.

Thomas had a tremendous 2017 season, winning a total of five tournaments. That includes his first major and the FedEx Cup. Thomas has climbed to third in the world rankings and he has won three of his last seven events.
Spieth was the 2014 winner of this tournament. He enters this weekend second in the world rankings after a 2017 season that saw him win three tournaments and earn a total of 12 top-10 finishes. Spieth finished in the top 10 in seven of his last eight tournaments, including two wins and two runner-up finishes.
Johnson is first in the world rankings and he has four wins in the 2017 season as well as 10 top-10 finishes. Johnson placed third in this tournament a year ago and he is coming off a second-place finish at the HSBC Champions.
Woods has won this tournament five times, as he is the host. He has not competed since early in the 2017 season due to injuries. He has played in just three tournaments over the last two years. Woods has yet to win since 2013. He is currently 1,199th in the world rankings.
